Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
1. We, here at backcover.in understand that in certain situations the User may have to Cancel the order or return a product. In some exceptional cases we also allow refunds. Therefore we request you to go through Our Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Policy.
2. We offer Returns for products provided that:
a) The product must include a valid original purchase order number from www.backcover.in.
b) Products must be returned in their original packaging without any contents missing.
c) Customer will be given a Product Refund. Shipping & Handling fees will NOT be refunded.
d) Return shipping expenses shall be borne by the User.
e) Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing.
f) Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.
3. If the User wishes to return an order, the user has to fill the Return Form. Every Return request shall be made within 72 Hours of receipt of the Product, failing which the return request will not be entertained.
4. You understand that any refund claims is valid, provided the item is unused and is in the same condition as when delivered with all packaging and tags intact.
5. No refunds shall apply on certain products.
6. Once a refund claim has been approved, it shall be your responsibility to pack the Product properly and send it to the Seller with the tags, bills and invoices. Once the Seller confirms the receipt of Product in good condition, the amount shall be refunded to you within 5 working days directly to the account you paid with.
7. When an item is returned customer shall bear the courier charges.
NOTE: We will not be liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
8. We offer limited warranty for all Our Screen Protectors. However this warranty does not extend to glass screen protectors. Only those screen protectors that are considered as ‘defects’ will be covered by warranty. Any flaw or imperfection that occurs during or because of the production process shall come within the scope and ambit of defect.
It should be noted that this warranty does not cover installation failures, accidental drops or anything of the like nature caused by the owner.
No glass products are covered under this warranty.
Policy relating to replacement of glass:
We offer Our customers low cost replacements for their glass screen protectors. This offer does not cover the following:
i. If the damage occurs due to unauthorised or improper maintenance or repair of the product.
ii. If the product is/has been used for purposes for which it was not intended.
iii. Normal wear and tear that may result due to daily usage of the product
iv. Abnormal use of the product including but not limited to accident, mishandling and/or misuse
NOTE: All orders are subject to approval based on the order information provided. We may also place the orders on hold for security verification purposes if information is found to be fraudulent. In the occasion an item is out of stock or not available; your order may not be shipped until Our Customer Care Representative has contacted you via call or email for further instructions.
Any order placed on our Website can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided the Product has not been already shipped. If the User wishes to cancel an order, the user has to fill the Cancellation Form. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
